Quavers, our monthly newsletter, is a comprehensive source of information about events going on with KMTA. If you’re not coming to monthly meetings, you should read our newsletter to keep informed about upcoming events. Quavers is emailed monthly to all active members.

Forms for Event Chairs
All KMTA-sponsored events can use these standard documents for registrations, parent permissions, photo releases, and expense reimbursement. MTNA provides event insurance and proof-of-insurance; apply at mtna.org.
Authorization and Release Forms
These basic forms were developed by MTNA’s legal team and are also available on the MTNA website, under “Join + Renew – Members Only – Legal Documents”. They can be customized for single events, or left in this format for individual teachers to fill out.

Download, fill out, and mail or email to KMTA Treasurer. Include a copy, scan or photo of supporting receipts or invoices.
